Gazole State General Hospital Electrical Installation Maintenance Services

The Public Works Department, through the Executive Engineer of the Malda Electrical Division, is pleased to announce an open tender for the engagement of manpower for the day-to-day maintenance of Electrical Installation (E.I.) works at Gazole State General Hospital, Gazole, under the Malda Electrical Sub-Division. This vital service contract, designated as Tender Reference Number WBPWD/EE/MED/e-NIQ-74/2026-27, will be for a period of 365 days. Interested parties are invited to submit their bids under an Item Rate contract form. The tender documents will be available for download from October 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with the download period concluding on November 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Bid submissions will be accepted from October 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM, and must be completed by November 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹31,400 is required. The bid opening ceremony is scheduled for November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the office of the Executive Engineer, PWD Malda Electrical Division. This tender is open to bonafide outsiders, and all submissions will be processed online in two covers: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents and another for the Financial proposal (BOQ).
