The Municipal Affairs Department, through the Commissioner of Siliguri Municipal Corporation (SMC), is inviting bids for the "IMPROVEMENT OF BITUMINOUS ROAD S/F KRISHNA MANDIR TO HIMALAYA EYE CENTRE, BHAWANI GARAGE TO SARENDRA PRASAD HOUSE, BURDHWAN MORE TO SHANKAR MORE AT WARD NO 7 and 9" in Siliguri. This is an open tender for Civil Works with an estimated tender value of ₹76,32,208 and requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,52,644. The tender documents will be available for download from September 9, 2026, at 09:00 AM until September 26, 2026, at 06:00 PM, with the bid submission period also running from September 9, 2026, 10:00 AM to September 26, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on September 30, 2026, at 09:00 AM at the SMC premises, located at Baghajatin Road, Collegepara, Siliguri. This tender is for bonafide outsiders and consists of two covers: the first for Fee/Technical documents including NIT, Form 2911, fee details, other important documents, and corrigendums, and the second for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
