Work Description - A/r & M/o Residential & Non-residential Building Including Bhasha Bhawan At National Library, Alipore, Kolkata During 2026-27. Sh:- Day To Day Operation And Maintenance Of 03 Nos. Iron Removal Filtration Plant And 01 No. Water Softening Plant At National Library.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the office of Executive Engineer, Kolkata-IV, is inviting bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance (A/R M/O) of Residential and Non-Residential Buildings, including the Bhasha Bhawan, at the National Library, Alipore, Kolkata, for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender specifically concerns the day-to-day operation and maintenance of three (03) Iron Removal Filtration Plants and one (01) Water Softening Plant situated at the National Library.
