The Vice Chairman, Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA), Dehradun, an esteemed State Government and UT organization, hereby invites bids for the empanelment of NABL accredited testing laboratories for various construction works undertaken by MDDA. This is an open tender process, with bids to be submitted by 02:00 PM on September 11, 2026. The bidding process will commence with the downloading of tender documents, available from 03:00 PM on August 31, 2026, until the bid submission deadline. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,180 is payable to the Secretary, MDDA, Dehradun, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer, MDDA, Dehradun. Bid opening is scheduled for 03:00 PM on September 14, 2026, at the MDDA Office, Dehradun. This empanelment contract is for a period of 730 days.
