Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL), through its Energy Department Uttar Pradesh, is hereby inviting bids for the comprehensive **COAL PIPE** maintenance and repair services at the Obra Thermal Power Plant. This significant tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7919140, encompasses a wide array of critical tasks essential for the optimal functioning of the plant's coal handling systems. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the dismantling, refitting, and changing of various coal pipe components such as burner coal inlet elbows, straight pulverized coal pipes, coal pipe bends (both long and short), and mill outlet elbows. Furthermore, the tender covers specialized repair services including cutting, welding, and hard-facing of worn or eroded components, metal deposition on eroded portions, fabrication and welding of patches, and jacketing of bends and elbows. The contract also mandates the repair of orifice plates, coal pipe flanges, and hangers, along with the provision of new flanges for Victaulic coupling gaskets.
