The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, is seeking bids for the comprehensive construction of Type II, 56 units of (S plus 7) Separated Family Accommodation (SFA) residential quarters. This significant project, valued at approximately ₹19,73,04,931, is located within the campus of the 39th Battalion ITBP in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and is scheduled for completion within 720 days. This open tender process requires a fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹29,73,050, payable to the DIG, SHQ(Delhi) via Demand Draft, FDR, or Bank Guarantee.
