Civil Repairs and Infrastructure Upgrades for Residential Area in RCI Hyderabad

The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, through the office of the GE(I) R and D RCI, Hyderabad, hereby invites bids for the execution of "CERTAIN BR MISC REPAIRS TO DRAIN PATH CULVERTS COMPOUND WALL SECURITY FENCING AND HARD STANDING ETC IN RESIDENTIAL AREA AT RCI HYDERABAD". This is an open tender for civil works, with an estimated tender value of ₹45,00,000 and a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000. The contract will be based on an item rate form. The tender documents are available for download from October 8, 2026, 06:00 PM, until October 22, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bids can be submitted from October 15, 2026, 03:00 PM, through October 22, 2026, 06:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on October 24, 2026, at 03:00 PM at the office of GE(I) R AND D RCI, Hyderabad. Prospective bidders, including MES enlisted Class D category contractors and un-enlisted contractors meeting the enlistment criteria, are required to submit their bids in two covers, with financial proposals submitted separately. A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable and payable to GE(I) RND RCI, Hyderabad. The work is scheduled for completion within 180 days of the award of the contract.
