Work Description - Annual Repair And Maintenance Of Income Tax Residential Buildings At It & Ce Residential Campus, New Siddhapudhur And At Parsn Sesh Nestle, Najundapuram Coimbatore For The Year- 2026-27.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Coimbatore division, invites sealed bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Income Tax Residential Buildings. This vital project encompasses two key locations within Coimbatore: the IT & CE Residential Campus at New Siddhapudhur and Parsn Sesh Nestle at Najundapuram. The contract period for these civil works is for the financial year 2026-27, with an estimated cost of ₹19,08,983 (Nineteen Lakh Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Three Rupees).
