**Tender Description: Maintenance and Repair of Pumping Systems for Water Treatment at Vairengte Military Station** The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through its office of the GE Silchar, hereby invites open tenders for the vital maintenance and repair of various pumps, motors, and dosing pumps, including all connected accessories and dosing reagents, essential for water treatment operations. This critical procurement will serve the facilities at Vairengte Lailapur and Bhaga, located under the Vairengte Military Station. The estimated tender value for this comprehensive work is ₹44,10,000, with an expected work completion period of 270 days. Interested eligible bidders, who meet the criteria outlined in the NIT and Tender Documents (Class D Category a ii and other stipulated requirements), are invited to participate. The tender will be a two-cover system, with Cover 1 encompassing the application on firm letterhead, fee details with a scanned copy of the fee instrument, scanned copy of the EMD instrument (if applicable), enlistment letter for MES registered firms, GST, PAN CARD, EPF registration code, required documents for enlisted and un-enlisted bidders, NOC affidavit, and a workload detail sheet for bidders of one class below. Cover 2 will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The tender document is available for download from September 7, 2026, 06:00 PM, until September 22, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between September 15, 2026, 03:00 PM, and September 22, 2026, 06:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for September 25, 2026, 10:00 AM, at the office of the GE Silchar. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is payable to GE Silchar, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹88,200, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value, is required. Bidders have the option to provide EMD through BG/ST or may be eligible for exemption as per terms. The form of contract will be Item Rate.
