The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL), a Central Government Ministry/Department, is pleased to announce an open tender for the Development, Maintenance, Management, and Operation of a Greenfield High-Speed Corridor. This significant infrastructure project, designated as Package-3, involves the 4-Laning with Paved Shoulders of the corridor from Mawlyngkhung (near Shillong) in Meghalaya to Panchgram (near Silchar) in Assam. The project will be executed on a Hybrid Annuity Basis, with the Form of Contract being PPP-BoT-HAM. The estimated tender value for this endeavor is ₹50,03,67,00,000. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is fixed at ₹50,04,00,000, payable to MD NHIDCL in New Delhi, with payment through R-T-G-S, NEFT, or Bank Guarantee. A Tender Fee of ₹5,10,000 is also applicable, payable to MD NHIDCL. The work is to be completed within a period of 1095 days, with a bid validity period of 120 days.
