Work Description - Repair/ Replacement Of Internal Wiring/ Electrical Fitting/ Fixtures Including Controls, Motion Sensor Lights Repair / Servicing Of Fan And Geysers At Various Location At Ins Shikra Other Connected Area Under Ge (nw) Nofra.

This tender seeks qualified contractors for the comprehensive repair and replacement of internal wiring, electrical fittings, fixtures, and associated controls, including motion sensor lights, fans, and geysers. The work will be undertaken at various locations within INS Shikra and other connected areas under the jurisdiction of GE (NW) NOFRA. This is an open tender valued at ₹49,00,000 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹98,000, payable to GE (NW) NOFRA. The contract will be based on an Item Rate form of contract, with a stipulated work period of 270 days and a bid validity of 60 days. Interested parties must submit their bids offline, comprising two covers: the first for Fee/PreQual/Technical documentation, including application on firm letterhead, enlistment letter, DD/Banker's cheque for tender cost and EMD, EPF registration, GST registration, and any other required documents as per Annexure A; and the second cover for the financial bid (BOQ).
