The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer, Challakere Civil Division, is inviting bids for the comprehensive Planning, Designing, and Construction of various buildings under Phase-II of the BARC Township Anudurga at Kudhapura, Challakere, Chitradurga, Karnataka. This significant project, with an estimated cost of ₹1,37,33,79,268, encompasses the construction of 72 Type-II quarters (3 blocks, Stilt+4 Floors), 24 Type-III quarters (1 block, Stilt+4 Floors), 8 Type-V quarters (1 block, Stilt+4 Floors), 1 Type-VI Duplex Quarters, a Guest House (G+3), a Multi-purpose Hall (G+1), a School Building (G), a Shopping Complex (G+1), a Creche (G), a Swimming Pool with Filtration Plant and Balancing Tank, an Organic Waste Composter, a Substation Building and DG Set Yard, an STP and Plant room, and extensive sports and recreational facilities including a Football Ground, Box Cricket Ground, Athletic Track, Basketball Court, Lawn Tennis Court, Cricket Ground, and a Children's Play Area/Central Park. The project is to be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Mode-I and Turnkey Basis, ensuring the entire township is fully functional and fit for occupation. Bidders are required to submit their bids, along with all mandatory documents as outlined in the tender notice, by September 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for the same day at 3:30 PM.
