Work Description - Macadamization Of Pir Mohalla Karihama Road By Way Of Providing And Laying Of Wet Mix Macadam (wmm) , 50mm Thick Bm And 25mm Thick Semidense Bituminous Concrete With 6mm Thick Seal Coat.

The Public Works Department (PWD), Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through its Executive Engineer, Roads and Buildings Division Kupwara, hereby invites open tenders from eligible contractors for the macadamization of Pir Mohalla Karihama road. This critical infrastructure project, with a tender value of ₹29,12,000, involves providing and laying of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM), a 50mm thick Base Macadam (BM), and a 25mm thick Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete layer, culminating in a 6mm thick seal coat. The work is to be completed within a period of 10 days and requires a bid validity of 120 days. Eligible contractors are required to submit a tender fee of ₹1,100 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹58,300, payable to the Executive Engineer, RnB Division Kupwara, through Demand Draft or CDR.
