Comprehensive IP Camera Surveillance System Installation and NVR Network Setup

The Special Protection Group (SPG), under the Ministry of Cabinet Secretariat, is issuing a tender (Bid Number: GEM/2026/B/7938087) for the comprehensive supply, installation, and configuration of a Network Video Recorder (NVR) system. This vital security infrastructure upgrade will be implemented at their premises located at COMPLEX SECTOR-8 DWARKA, New Delhi. The tender encompasses a wide array of essential components, including a 16-channel NVR with 8TB hard drive, a KVM HDMI switcher, PVC box IO boxes, and a substantial quantity of both unarmoured and armoured Cat 6 cabling, totaling 12470 units of various items. The scope also includes the laying of capping, casing, and PVC conduit, along with the provision and installation of power sockets, power cables (3-core 2.5mm), and associated laying charges. Furthermore, the tender requires the installation of IP cameras, specifically bullet and dome types along with junction boxes, and PTZ IP cameras. Configuration and installation of the NVR itself, along with a 43-inch display with mounting, are also key requirements. The project further necessitates the installation of four 1 KVA UPS units and one 1.5 KVA UPS, as well as a 12 to 15 unit rack.
