Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of LED Floodlights on Steel Poles in Guma-I Gram Panchayat

The Zilla Parishad, through the AEO N Z P, hereby invites sealed bids for an open tender for the SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) of three (03) numbers of 7.0-meter steel tubular poles, each equipped with fifteen (15) numbers of 200-watt LED floodlights. This project is to be executed at various designated locations within the Guma-I Gram Panchayat, falling under the jurisdiction of the Habra II Development Block, North 24 Parganas Zilla Parishad. The estimated tender value for this work is ₹3,55,957, with a stipulated work period of 30 days. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is 2.0% of the tender value, amounting to ₹7,119, and can be furnished through Bank Guarantee/Standby Letter of Credit or EMD exemption, as applicable. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is mandatory for participation.
