The MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, acting through the CHAIRMAN, RAMPURHAT MUNICIPALITY, invites eligible contractors to participate in an open tender for the construction of C.C. Roads within Rampurhat Municipality. The project, identified by Tender Reference Number WBMAD/RM/ NIT e 03/2026-27 and Tender ID 2026_MAD_1039859_12, encompasses the construction of concrete roads across six designated segments within ward no-14. These segments include: (i) from Bajarangbali Mandir to Jhatadharitola via Professor para; (ii) from Shib Mandir to Hindu School; (iii) from Mathai house to Transformer; (iv) from Anukul Mandir to Munna house; (v) from Rambaran Singh to Shankar; and (vi) from Girja to Debasish Mondal. The estimated tender value for this civil works project is ₹ 9,05,720, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 18,114, which is 2.0% of the tender value. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically. The tender documents will be available for download from August 31, 2026, at 05:30 PM, and the submission of bids will commence on August 31, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The deadline for bid submission is September 14, 2026, at 09:00 AM. The bid opening will take place on September 16, 2026, at 09:00 AM at the RAMPURHAT MUNICIPALITY. The contract is of a percentage type, and the work is expected to be completed within 15 days. A bid validity of 120 days will be required.
