Procurement of Inspiring War Scene Murals for Indian Army Troop Motivation

The Department of Military Affairs, Ministry of Defence, under the esteemed Indian Army, is pleased to announce a procurement opportunity through Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8185173, commencing on 22-10-2026 and concluding on 02-11-2026 at 12:00 PM. This tender focuses on the crucial initiative of "PROCUREMENT OF MURALS FOR MOTIVATION OF TROOPS," a project vital for fostering morale and operational readiness within our esteemed forces. Specifically, this procurement aims to acquire six (6) high-quality murals designed to inspire and motivate our soldiers. The scope of work encompasses the creation of detailed clay models, measuring 11 ft in anatomy and width, depicting war scenes, and the subsequent development of silicon mirror molds from these clay models. Further, the tender seeks the production of marble dust murals of the same dimensions, each to be encased in a robust stainless steel frame for durability and aesthetic appeal. A copper dust coating will be applied to the marble dust murals to enhance their visual impact and longevity. The entire installation will be secured using 6-inch chemical fasteners and finished with a waterproof sealant, ensuring the murals' resilience in various environmental conditions.
