Provision and Installation of 125 KVA DG Set with AMF Panel at 652 Coy ASC IMTRAT

The E-in-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE (AF) HASIMARA, is pleased to announce an Open Tender for the "PROVN OF 125 KVA DG SET WITH AMF PANEL AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT 652 COY ASC (CIV GT) IMTRAT UNDER GE(AF) HASI MARA". This significant works contract, with an estimated tender value of ₹19,00,000, requires the provision and installation of a 125 KVA DG set complete with an Automatic Main Failure (AMF) panel and all associated connected items. The work is to be executed at 652 Coy ASC (CIV GT) IMTRAT under the jurisdiction of GE (AF) HASIMARA, located at PO-HASIMARA, DIST-ALIPURDUAR, PIN-735215. The stipulated period for work completion is 210 days. Bidders are required to submit their proposals under an Item Rate contract form. The tender involves a two-cover bid submission process, with Cover 1 encompassing Fee/PreQual/Technical documents and Cover 2 for Finance.
