Construction of Eight Modified Leach Pits in Ketugram-II Development Block

The Block Development Officer, Ketugram-II Dev. Block, under the aegis of the District Magistrate Burdwan, is pleased to announce an open tender for the construction of eight (8) modified leach pits. This vital project, with an estimated tender value of ₹2,98,024, is located at Anantapur FP School, Baharan Muchipara FP School, Birahimpur Junior High School, Murundi Junior High School, beside the main gate of the BDO Office, and at the backside of the Uttaran Meeting Hall of the BDO Office, all within Gangatikuri. The work is scheduled for completion within 30 days, with a bid validity of 180 days. The tender process will be conducted in two covers, with the bid submission period commencing on October 9, 2026, at 06:30 PM and concluding on October 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bid opening is scheduled for October 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Essential documents for eligibility, including PAN, GST, IT, P-TAX, Trade License, and credentials, are to be submitted in Cover 1, alongside the agreement, application, EMD, and tender fee. The financial bid, including the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), is to be submitted in Cover 2. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,960 is required, with provisions for exemption through BG/ST.
