Work Description - Construction Of Police Station And Barrack For Upssf At Modipuram Depot, Police Posts And Assistance Booths At Brahmapuri, Meerut Central, Bhaisali, Begumpul, Mes Colony, Daurli, Meerut North And Modipuram

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a Public Sector Undertaking, is inviting sealed bids through an Open/Advertised Tender process for the construction of essential facilities for the Uttar Pradesh Special Security Force (UPSSF) and related infrastructure. The scope of work encompasses the construction of a Police Station and Barrack at Modipuram Depot, along with the establishment of Police Posts and Assistance Booths at various strategic locations including Brahmapuri, Meerut Central, Bhaisali, Begumpul, MES Colony, Daurli, Meerut North, and Modipuram. This is an Item Rate contract with a fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹40,37,685/-. Bidders are required to submit a two-cover bid, with Cover 1 comprising technical proposals and bid security, and Cover 2 containing the financial bid/Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The tender documents will be available for download from July 30, 2026, 5:00 PM, until September 1, 2026, 3:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between August 24, 2026, 3:00 PM, and September 1, 2026, 3:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for September 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the CPM/Modipuram office, located at S.V.P.U.A and T, Old Campus, NH-58, Modipuram, Meerut UP - 250110. The stipulated period for the completion of works is 450 days.
