Supply, Installation, and 8-Year Maintenance of Kitchen Chimneys with Civil Works for 50 Residential Houses at IIM Lucknow

The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, through its DEAN (infra), is pleased to announce an open tender opportunity for the comprehensive Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of kitchen chimneys, including associated civil work, for fifty (50) Type V residential houses. This project also encompasses an eight (08) year Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC). The estimated tender value for this work is ₹10,71,558, with a proposed work period of 90 days and a bid validity of 120 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit their bids offline, with a two-cover system in place: Cover 1 for Tender Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents and Cover 2 for the Financial Bid (BOQ). The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is fixed at ₹21,500, payable to GM IIML, and EMD exemption through BG/ST is permitted. The bid submission period commences on October 12, 2026, 03:00 PM, and concludes on October 20, 2026, 03:00 PM.
