Construction and Renovation of Entrance, Shutter, Ceiling, and Roofing with Masonry Work

The Department of Military Affairs, under the Ministry of Defence, acting through the Indian Army and its Agra-based office, hereby invites bids for a comprehensive construction and renovation project. This tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8100773, encompasses the installation of a 12mm toughened single-door entrance measuring 13ft x 8ft, complete with a hydraulic floor machine. Accompanying this is the provision of a foldable shutter of size 13ft x 10ft, finished with anti-corrosive primer and enamel paint. For structural support, a heavy-duty girder of 15ft, double-sided, is required. The project also includes the installation of a 2ft x 2ft fall ceiling fitted with cemented tiles, and the provision of 36-watt, 2x2 LED panel lights (warm white) with associated electrical wiring. This masonry entails breaking existing walls up to 13ft x 10ft to create space for the toughened glass and foldable shutter, alongside the construction of wailing stairs of 13ft.
