Ayodhya Deepotsav Plant and Pot Supply for Festival Arrangements

Tender for the Supply of Plants and Pots for Deepotsav Celebration, Ayodhya

The Directorate of Local Bodies UP, through the CE of Nagar Nigam Ayodhya, hereby invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the comprehensive supply of plants and pots of various sizes (small, medium, and large) as part of the Deepotsav parv arrangements, strictly in accordance with NIT 10. This open tender process is managed by the Directorate of Local Bodies UP and Ayodhya Municipal Corporation. The tender will be available for download from October 1, 2026, 12:00 PM, with the submission deadline on October 15, 2026, 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened on October 15, 2026, at 04:00 PM at Nagar Nigam Ayodhya. A tender fee of ₹ 600 is applicable, payable to MC and payable at Nagar Nigam Ayodhya.
