The Defence Estates Officer, on behalf of the Dir. Gen. Defence Estates, HQ, is pleased to issue this Open Tender (Tender Reference Number: DEO/PRYJ/BIO GAS/CBG/I/75) for the significant undertaking of developing a Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) Plant at Fatehpur Landing Ground, District Fatehpur. This project, falling under the 'Works' category and specifically within Solid Waste Management, is designated for participation by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL), OIL India Limited, and the National Dairy Development Board. The contract will be executed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model with a Build, Develop, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) framework.
