Shastripuram Heights: Lift Installation, CCTV and Boom Barrier Deployment

The Agra Development Authority, through its Chief Engineer, is pleased to announce an open tender for the comprehensive improvement of Shastripuram Heights. This critical project involves the installation of seventeen modern lifts to enhance accessibility and convenience within the premises. In addition to vertical transportation upgrades, the tender also encompasses the deployment of advanced Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras for improved security and the installation of robust boom barriers to control access. The work is to be executed under a lump-sum contract and is anticipated to be completed within 60 days. Interested parties are invited to download tender documents, which include the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), starting from October 22, 2026, at 3:30 PM, with the download period concluding on October 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹3,540 is applicable, payable to the Secretary, Agra Development Authority, Agra. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹33,800 is also required, payable to the Secretary, Agra Development Authority, Agra, and must be submitted through specified payment instruments. Bids are to be submitted electronically and physically, with the submission period commencing on October 22, 2026, at 3:30 PM and closing on October 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on October 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Chief Engineer's office, A.D.A., JAIPUR HOUSE, AGRA. This tender is divided into two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical proposals and Cover 2 for the Financial proposal.
