Comprehensive Annual Maintenance and Electrification for CSIR-HRDC Ghaziabad

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), through its Head, CSIR-HRDC, Ghaziabad, is pleased to announce an open tender for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of its 11 KV Sub Station Panels, encompassing both internal and external electrification works and associated systems. This critical project also includes the operation of DG sets, water pumps, lifts, and the maintenance and servicing of air conditioning units within the CSIR HRDC office and guest house facilities in Ghaziabad (Pincode: 201002). The estimated tender value for this rate contract, valid for 365 days, is ₹65,35,526. Prospective bidders are required to submit their bids under a two-cover system. Cover 1, for Fee/PreQual/Technical submissions, must include proof of tender cost deposit, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,30,750 payable to HRDC in GHAZIABAD, experience certificates, PAN card, GST, EPF, ESI registration, and a valid electrical license, along with a tender acceptance letter and a cancelled cheque. Cover 2 will exclusively contain the financial bid. The tender document download and bid submission period commences on October 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM and concludes on October 12, 2026, at 02:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 02:30 PM at CSIR-HRDC, Ghaziabad. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,000 is applicable.
