Supply of Plate Type Heat Exchangers for Raghunathpur and Koradi Thermal Power Plants

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), on behalf of the Department of Heavy Industry and under the purview of the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, is pleased to issue this tender for the procurement of Heat Exchangers – Plate Type, including mandatory spares and Performance Guarantee (PG) testing. This significant procurement, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8188530, is critical for the successful execution of the 2x660 MW DVC Raghunathpur Thermal Power Plant (TPP) and the 2x660 MW Mahanenco Koradi TPP. Specifically, the scope encompasses the supply of these essential components for the Steam Generator (SG) and Turbine Generator (TG) sets at the Raghunathpur TPP, and the TG sets at the Koradi TPP. A total quantity of three (3) units of these heat exchangers are required. Interested bidders are invited to submit their proposals commencing on October 23, 2026, at 4:25 PM, with the submission deadline set for November 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
