Procurement of Multipurpose Fire Tenders and Water Mist Quick Response Vehicles

The BHIWADI INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (BIDA), through its Land Acquisition Officer, is inviting open tenders for the procurement of "02 Nos Multipurpose Fire Tenders 10000 L Water Tank 1000 L Foam Tank and 02 Nos Quick Response Vehicles Water Mist Technology fabricated on a Small Commercial Pickup Chassis with Minimum 1 Tonne Payload Capacity". This is an item rate contract with a total tender value of ₹ 2,90,00,000 and a work period of 120 days. The EMD required is ₹ 5,80,000 (2.0% of tender value), payable to CEO BIDA at Bhiwadi, and EMD through BG/ST or exemption is allowed. The tender fee is ₹ 4,720, payable to CEO BIDA at Bhiwadi, with tender fee exemption allowed. This is a two-cover tender process: Cover 1 will include Fee receipt and other required documents as per NIT, while Cover 2 will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Interested bidders, classified as B class and above, are to download tender documents from 13-Oct-2026 03:15 PM until 04-Nov-2026 04:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30-Oct-2026 at 11:00 AM at the BIDA Office Meeting Hall. All bids must be submitted by 04-Nov-2026 04:00 PM, with the bid opening to follow immediately at BIDA Bhiwadi. Bid validity is set for 90 days.
