Work Description - As Specified In Boq And Tender Documents

The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CHLORONOME PLANT, DOSING PUMP SET, SOLAR WATER HEATER OF DIFFERENT CAPACITY LT PANEL ASTRONOMICAL TIMER PANEL AND OTHER MISC WORKS UNDER GE (SOUTH) MAMUN". This tender, referenced as GE(S)/M-54/2025-26, is for Civil Works with an estimated value of ₹30,00,000 and a work period of 270 days. Tender documents are available for download from September 20, 2025, until October 11, 2025, 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between October 4, 2025, and October 11, 2025, 6:00 PM, and will be opened on October 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of GE (S) Mamun, MES Complex, Mamun Cantt, Pathankot. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹60,000 is required, payable to GE (South) Mamun at Pathankot, and a tender fee of ₹500, also payable to GE (South) Mamun at Pathankot, via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. EMD exemption is allowed as per the NIT. The work description is as specified in the BOQ and Tender Documents, which can be downloaded. Bidders must ensure they meet the criteria outlined in the NIT, and the bid validity should be 60 days.
