The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the CHIEF ENGINEER PATHANKOT ZONE, is pleased to announce an Open Tender opportunity for the "ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION (EPC) FOR PROVISION OF BALANCE TECH INFRASTRUCTURE AT MAMUN MILITARY STATION." This significant project, with a Tender Value of ₹86,35,00,000 and a stipulated Work Period of 810 days, falls under the Civil Works product category. The contract will be awarded on a Lump-sum basis. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers, with Cover 1 encompassing fee/pre-qualification/technical documents, including the application on letterhead with a DD/Banker's Cheque for ₹3,000 payable to GE (SOUTH) MAMUN, MES enlistment details (for enlisted bidders), documents supporting the Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC), EPF and GST numbers, Integrity Pact, an affidavit in support of Tools and Plants, Engineering establishment, and MoU with consultants, and scanned copy of EMD. Cover 2 will exclusively contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is fixed at ₹15,00,000, payable to GE (SOUTH) MAMUN at PATHANKOT, with EMD through BG/ST or exemption being allowed.
