Work Description - Canteen Services Required At Gvkpgsl Site For 01 Year From The Date Of Contract

The Department of Power, through the GVKPGSL Plant Head, is pleased to announce an open tender for Canteen Services at the GVKPGSL Site. This essential service contract will be for a duration of one (01) year from the effective date of the contract. Interested and eligible parties are invited to submit their bids in a two-cover system, comprising a Fee/PreQual/Technical cover and a Finance cover. Key requirements include a minimum of 08 years of work experience, submission of the latest Income Tax Returns (ITR) for a minimum of 03 years, and a valid Bank Solvency Certificate, along with GST and PAN details, to be uploaded in PDF format in the first cover. Proof of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amounting to ₹67,320 is mandatory. The Price Bid, to be submitted in .xls format, will constitute the second cover. The tender document fee is ₹4,366, with a processing fee of ₹3,366 and a tender fee of ₹1,000. Bids will be accepted online from 22-Jun-2026, 05:00 PM, and submission closes on 12-Sep-2026, 05:00 PM.
