Bathinda C&D Waste Processing Plant: Design, Installation, and Operation

The Department of Local Government, through the Municipal Corporation Bathinda, is inviting bids for a comprehensive project involving the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of a 100 Tonnes Per Day (TPD) Construction and Demolition waste (C&D waste) processing plant. This open tender also encompasses the subsequent operation and maintenance of this facility, along with the crucial aspects of collecting and transporting C&D waste within Bathinda City. Bids must be submitted by the same deadline of October 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with the bid opening scheduled for October 23, 2026, at 11:30 AM. The earnest money deposit (EMD) for this tender is fixed at ₹1,50,000, with exemptions permitted through Bank Guarantee or Standby Letter of Credit. The tender processing fee is ₹2,000, comprising a ₹1,000 tender fee and a ₹1,000 processing fee. The project is valued at ₹1, and the contract will be based on an Item Rate Form of Contract. A total of two covers are required for submission, with Cover 1 containing Fee/PreQual/Technical documents and Cover 2 containing the Price Bid. The duration of the work, including the SITC phase, is stipulated as 90 days, with a bid validity of 120 days.
