Work Description - Construction Of Day Care Phc Building At Ambajhari Under Boudh Block In The District Of Boudh For The Year 2025-26

The Chief Construction Engineer, RWC, Angul, an entity of the State Government and UT, hereby invites National Competitive Bids for the construction of a Day Care PHC Building at Ambajhari, Boudh Block, in the District of Boudh, for the financial year 2025-26. The total tender value is estimated at ₹1,16,02,999, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,16,030 required, calculated at 1.0% of the tender value. A tender fee of ₹10,000 is also applicable. The work is scheduled for completion within 540 days. Bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, including paper cost, EMD, GST, PAN, RC, Affidavit, and other required documents as per the Detailed Tender Conditions and Notice (DTCN), and Cover 2 for the financial bid in an XLS format.
