The Assam Rifles - Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is pleased to invite bids for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for existing Air Conditioners (ACs), RO Plants, Geysers, Ceiling Fans, Water Pumps, and DG Sets. This crucial contract will cover the fiscal year 2026-2027 and will be in effect for HQ 28 Sect AR and its under-command battalions. The estimated tender value for this work is ₹34,99,859. This is an open tender with a bid validity period of 120 days. Bidders are required to submit two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qual/Technical documents and Cover 2 for Financial proposals. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,000 is mandatory, payable to the Deputy Inspector General Assam Rifles at SBI Imphal, through Demand Draft, FDR, or Bank Guarantee.
