Nagpur Area ETP Upgrades and Maintenance: Washing Ramp Heightening, Settling Tank, Sludge Shed Construction & ETP Repairs

Western Coalfields Limited, a Public Sector Undertaking, is pleased to announce an open tender for the comprehensive development and maintenance of existing Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) located at BOCM and SOCM within the Bhanegaon Singhori Sub Area of the Nagpur Area. This significant project, with an estimated tender value of ₹56,05,303, encompasses a 24-month contract period and involves crucial upgrades such as the heightening of the Washing Ramp, the construction of a Settling Tank, the establishment of a Sludge Drying Shed, and essential repairs to the ETPs. This is the second call for this tender. The Staff Officer Civil, Nagpur Area, located at the Office of the Area General Manager, Nagpur Area, PO Kasturba Nagar, Jaripatka, Nagpur – 440014, is the inviting authority. The tender documents will be available for download from September 28, 2026, at 06:00 PM, with the document download and bid submission closing on October 15, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on October 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,100 is required. This tender requires a two-cover submission system, with Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including DSC, Undertaking as per Annexure-III, Financial Turnover, and Work Experience as per NIT) and Cover 2 for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
