E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the replacement of asbestos sheets with galvanized sheets and connected items of Bldg No T 41 of ENGR Static Workshop EME Khadki, special repair to the roof and floor of Storage Shed No T 04 at 204 PET PL ASC, and replacement of existing barbed wire on security fencing. This Item Rate contract, with Tender Reference Number 8730/E8 and Tender ID 2025_MES_731898_1, requires completion within 180 days. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting September 20, 2025, 6:00 PM and submit their bids between October 4, 2025, 6:00 PM and October 11, 2025, 6:00 PM. Bids will be opened on October 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of GE MH AND RH KHADKI, located at Military Engineer Services, Garrison Engineer MH and Range Hills, Range Hills Road, Khadki, Pune 411003. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹98,460 and a tender fee of ₹500 are required, payable offline via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft to GE MH AND RH KHADKI. The EMD is payable at KHADKI. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the application on their firm's letterhead, cost of tender DD/BC, enlistment letter, UE firm documents meeting class D CAT a(i) criteria, GST registration certificate, EPF account number copy, and tender documents in Cover 1, with bills of quantities in Cover 2.
