Hindustan Petroleum Telecommunication System Procurement and 8-Year Maintenance Contract

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, is pleased to announce tender bid number GEM/2026/B/7687342 for the procurement and implementation of a comprehensive TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM. This critical procurement, dated 22-06-2026, encompasses a wide array of essential components and services including the supply of MR item numbers 1.0001, 1.0002, and 1.0003, along with associated transportation and site work charges for each. Furthermore, the tender includes provisions for mandatory spares as per MR item No-4.0001, vendor and site-based training charges (MR item Nos-10.0001, 11.0001, 11.0002, and 11.0003), and an extensive 8-year Comprehensive Post-Warranty Annual Maintenance Contract (CPWAMC).
