Work Description - As Per Tender Documents

The Garrison Engineer Nasik Road, on behalf of the E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, invites bids for the "REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT TO ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE INCLUDING INSTALLATIONS UNDER GE NASIK ROAD CAMP." This is an open tender for Works, with an estimated tender value of ₹40,00,000 and a contract form of Item Rate. The work is anticipated to be completed within 180 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers. Cover 1 will include scanned copies of essential documents such as enlistment letter in MES, GST Registration, application on firm's letterhead, EPF code number, tender fees in the form of a Demand Draft for ₹500 favoring GE Nasik Road, and for unenlisted contractors, a scanned copy of the DOC meeting and DD for earnest money (₹80,000). Additionally, for unenlisted firms, an affidavit confirming no recovery outstanding in any Government Department, and for enlisted contractors, proof of enlistment criteria in MES Class D category (b)(i) and a scanned copy of a valid license from the State Government as per Rule 45 of IE Rules 1956 are required. Cover 2 will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in .xls format. The tender documents will be available for download from 12-Sep-2026, 01:00 PM, until 03-Oct-2026, 06:00 PM. The bid submission period commences on 26-Sep-2026, 09:00 AM, and concludes on 03-Oct-2026, 06:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for 05-Oct-2026, 10:00 AM, at the Garrison Engineer Nasik Road.
