CSIR-NCL Pune Road Recarpeting and Parking Development for IISF2026

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) through its constituent laboratory, CSIR-NCL Pune, invites bids for a critical infrastructure development project. This open tender, identified by Tender Reference Number 5/CIVIL/2025-26, focuses on the comprehensive recarpeting of the main bituminous road commencing from the Pashan Road Gate, along with the improvement of internal roads surrounding the multistoried quarters, and the development of vacant areas to establish much-needed parking facilities. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,88,600 is mandatory, payable to the DIRECTOR NCL in Pune. A nominal tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. The bidding process opens on October 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM for document downloads and bid submission, with the bid submission deadline set for October 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened on October 14, 2026, at 3:30 PM at CSIR NCL Pune. The bid validity period is 90 days.
