The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Upgradation in GPRA residential Colony, Sector VII, Antop Hill, Mumbai 37. SH: Providing IEI i/c Fans, LED fittings and other miscellaneous work in CGS Colony, Phase II, Sector VII, Antop Hill, Mumbai-37." The estimated cost of the electrical works is ₹ 5,59,244 with a time allowance of 2 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,185 is required, payable in favor of Executive Engineer (E), MCED II, CPWD, Mumbai-37 via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG.
