CCTV System Procurement, Installation, and 3-Year Maintenance Contract

This tender seeks comprehensive solutions for the procurement and installation of a state-of-the-art CCTV system, followed by comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for three years. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, is initiating this bid, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8172286, with a submission deadline of November 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM, and opening on October 17, 2026, at 1:38 PM. The scope of work encompasses the supply and installation of a variety of high-definition CCTV equipment, including weather-proof HD PTZ cameras, HD fixed bullet cameras with MFZ lenses, intrinsically and explosion-proof HD IP PTZ and fixed cameras, and HD IP fixed dome cameras. The system will be supported by advanced networking infrastructure featuring 8-port and 24-port industrial-grade Layer 2 managed PoE switches, along with industrial DIN rail mount and rack mount Line Interface Units (LIUs). Crucial power and cabling components are also included, such as CCTV industrial PSUs, ex-proof CCTV field junction boxes, system cabinets, 3-core x 6 sqmm FS ARMCU power cables, 1-core x 10 sqmm FS CU ground wire, Cat 6 FS armored cable, single-mode armored fiber optic cable, and various lengths of optical patch pigtails. Rack mounting accessories, including 9U rack panels, along with necessary CCTV electrical and communication accessories, are also part of the procurement. The project extends to the physical installation of the CCTV system at MR1, followed by a robust three-year Annual Maintenance Contract for the newly installed CCTV system, comprising the first year of AMC upon warranty expiry, and subsequent AMCs for the second and third years.
