Work Description - Upgradation Of Shahgarh Buxwaha Narsinghgarh Damoh Section Of Nh-34 (from Ch 113/00 To Ch 176/500) To 2-lps In The State Of Madhya Pradesh On Epc Mode

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through the Chief Engineer - Regional Officer, MoRTH, Bhopal, invites sealed bids for the comprehensive Upgradation of the Shahgarh Buxwaha Narsinghgarh Damoh section of NH-34. This significant infrastructure project, identified by Tender Reference Number CE-RO/BHP/Tender/05/2025-26, covers the stretch from Ch 113/00 to Ch 176/500 and aims to enhance the existing road to a 2-lane configuration with the implementation of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Mode. The estimated project value is ₹3,97,68,00,000, with a stipulated work period of 730 days. Bidders are required to submit their bids under an Open Tender process, with the bid submission window opening on June 10, 2025, at 05:30 PM and closing on September 28, 2026, at 05:30 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 12:30 PM. A mandatory Tender Fee of ₹47,200 is applicable, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,97,68,000 is required, with the flexibility to submit through Bank Guarantee or Standing Instruction. The Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for July 3, 2025, at 12:30 PM at the office of the Chief Engineer - Regional Officer, MoRTH, Bhopal. All bids must be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents (including Bid Security, POA, JV Agreement, and Integrity Pact in PDF format) and Cover 2 for the Finance/BOQ (in XLS format).
