Sabarimala Festival Road Improvements: Mannam Peruvaram Road BM Patch and BC Overlay Project

The Public Works Department (PWD) of Kerala, through the Superintending Engineer, Roads Central Circle, Aluva, is pleased to announce an open tender for the "GENERAL Sabarimala Festival 2026 27 Improvements to Mannam Peruvaram Road from Ch0 000 to ch2 000 Providing BM patch and BC overlay to Mannam Peruvaram Road from Ch0 000 to ch2 000 under North Paravur Section General Civil Work." This significant civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹1,68,36,407, encompasses a comprehensive scope of work including the supply of 36mm broken stone, provision for BM patch and BC overlay, earthwork excavation, PCC M15 concrete, reinforcement, M20 RCC, and traffic safety measures. The work is to be completed within a period of 180 days. Tenders are invited from Class B contractors and will be submitted on an item rate basis. Bids can be submitted online starting from October 1, 2026, at 06:00 PM, with the submission deadline on October 14, 2026, at 04:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for October 17, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the O/o the Superintending Engineer, Roads Central Circle, Aluva. A bid security of ₹50,000 is required, with exemptions allowed through BG/ST. The tender fee is ₹8,042 (including GST), which is non-refundable.
