RIMS Ranchi Electrical Installation Annual Maintenance and Manning Operations

The EEE EWD Ranchi, an organization under the State Government of Jharkhand, is inviting sealed bids through an open tender process for a comprehensive Round the Clock Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and manning operation of all electrical installations within various facilities at RIMS, Ranchi. This includes quarters, college buildings, hostels, Kelly Bungalow (parts 1 and 1), Commercial Hall, New Auditorium, Param Medical School, Council Office, Residential Quarters, and the 300-bedded Street Light and Dental College. The estimated tender value for this critical electrical works contract is ₹56,42,281, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,13,000.
