Construction of Skampari Saphut Lhabab Road in Leh

The Public Works Department, Government of Ladakh, through the Office of the Executive Engineer, PWD R&B Division Leh, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the Construction of road to Saphut Lhabab Mohallah at Skampari (State Sector). This is an open tender for civil works with an estimated tender value of ₹2,24,68,000 and a completion period of 90 days. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹4,49,360, and the tender fee is ₹2,250. Bidders are required to submit a two-cover bid, with Cover 1 containing scanned copies of cost of tender documents, EMD, contractor registration card (renewed up to 03/2027), PAN card, GST registration card/clearance certificate, an affidavit of correct information, and all other documents as per the NIT and Standard Bid Document. Cover 2 will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The tender documents will be available for download from September 30, 2026, 06:00 PM until October 19, 2026, 02:00 PM. The bid submission period also commences on September 30, 2026, 06:00 PM and closes on October 19, 2026, 02:00 PM. Bid opening will take place on October 21, 2026, 02:00 PM at the Office of the DSE (PWD) Circle Leh.
