The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, through the Executive Engineer PHE Poonch, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for an open tender concerning a comprehensive range of civil works. The scope of work encompasses the day-to-day maintenance, repair, improvement, and restoration of damages, as well as emergent and urgent nature works related to minor extensions of water supply schemes, building repairs, and protection works within the Poonch region.
