The Military Engineer Services, through the office of CE 31 Srinagar Zone, is pleased to announce an open tender for the "PROVISION OF CERTAIN TECHNICAL ACCN ALONGWITH ROAD NETWORK AND ALLIED INFRA AT KITCHAMA UNDER GE 969 EWS." This significant civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹8,04,95,000 and a contract duration of 650 days, requires qualified bidders to provide comprehensive technical accommodation, road network infrastructure, and allied facilities at GE 969 EWS. The tender process will commence with the e-publication of documents on July 27, 2026, at 05:00 PM, with document downloads available until September 19, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Bidders are required to submit their bids between September 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM and September 19, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on September 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at HQ CE 31 Srinagar Zone. A tender fee of ₹3,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹7,27,475 are mandated, payable to GE 969 EWS at Baramulla, with provisions for EMD exemption through BG/ST. This tender adopts a Lump-sum form of contract and will be processed with a two-cover system, where Cover 1 will encompass pre-qualification/technical documents and Cover 2 will house the financial bid. Essential documents to be submitted include the application on firm letterhead, a renewed enlistment letter, DD/Bankers Cheque for tender cost and EMD (if SSD not executed), power of attorney, GST and EPF registration details, details of residual works, documents supporting up-gradation criteria (if applicable), a scanned copy of the Integrity Pact, and any other documents as specified in the NIT.
