Kalanjhari to Kangri Road Rain Damage Restoration and Bituminous Resurfacing

The Public Works Department (PWD), through the Executive Engineer at HPPWD Tauni Devi, is pleased to announce an open tender for the critical restoration of rain damages along the Kalanjhari to Kangri road, specifically covering kilometer 0/00 to 8/00. This vital project, designated under the PDNA initiative, focuses on the crucial task of providing and laying 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete at specific sections, namely between Road Distances (RD) 4/00 to 4/400 and 6/00 to 7/00. The estimated tender value for this work is ₹20,07,575, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹40,500 required. Similarly, bid submissions are open from October 1, 2026, at 10:30 AM, and must be submitted by October 8, 2026, at 05:00 PM. The bid opening ceremony is scheduled for October 9, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Tauni Devi. This tender requires a two-cover submission system, with Cover 1 encompassing Fee/PreQual/Technical documents and Cover 2 containing the Finance bid. A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable.
