Road Restoration: Bituminous Concrete Surfacing on Uhal-Bakkar Khad Road

This tender is for the critical restoration of rain damages on the Uhal to Bakkar Khad via Parnali road, specifically focusing on the placement of a 30mm thick bituminous concrete layer between road chainages 3/500 and 4/500, as part of the PDNA project.
