The Executive Engineer Tissa Division HPPWD Tissa is pleased to invite sealed bids through an open tender process for the periodical maintenance of the Masroond to Kohal via Chalunj road under the AMP for the fiscal year 2026-27. This specific work package entails the vital task of providing and laying 25 mm thick Bituminous Concrete within Kilometer 6/0 to 7/320 of the aforementioned road. The estimated tender value for this project is ₹ 22,07,985, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 44,160. Bidders are required to submit a Tender Fee of ₹ 500. The tender will be conducted as a two-cover system, with Cover 1 encompassing the cost of the tender form, contractor registration details, GST and PAN information, Form HPPWD 7/8, an affidavit of bid accuracy, details of ongoing works, machinery, and proof of ownership for the Hot Mix Plant, Paver Finisher, and road roller. Cover 2 will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The stipulated period of work is 120 days, and the bid validity will be 90 days. Interested parties can download tender documents from September 7, 2026, at 3:30 PM until September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bid submissions will also commence on September 7, 2026, at 3:30 PM and must conclude by September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bid opening is scheduled for September 15, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer Tissa Division HPPWD Tissa.
